Q: How Long Is Your Warranty?

All 4Phase  products are backed by a 3 to 10 Years comprehensive warranty. The warranty is in addition to the consumer warranties and guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

Q: What do I do if I have a problem?

4Phase  is committed to the excellence of our products and providing first class customer service coupled with unbeatable value.

 

If your product arrives or presents with damage or a fault within the warranty period, please email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and provide: 

A detailed description of the damage or fault; and Photos (or video, where appropriate) showing the damage or fault.

 

A very responsive after sales department will usually respond within 24 business hours.

 

 

 Q: What are your Warranty Terms and Conditions?

 

4Phase  warrants all goods for the period of the warranty under normal usage, to be free from defects in material and workmanship. 4Phase’s liability under this warranty is to repair or replace (at its discretion) any part or product covered by this warranty free of charge.

 

This warranty does not cover:

 

Normal wear and tear;

Damage arising from abnormal use, or abuse;

Products which have not been maintained, or which have been modified;

Any indirect or consequential loss.

 

This warranty applies only to the original purchase. Proof of purchase is required. All works carried out by a party under instructions from Office furniture Australia  will be covered by the 12 month warranty on workmanship and repair. If the workmanship of the repair is deemed by Office furniture Australia  to be faulty a new item will be provided.

 

Office furniture Australia  does not consider the following to be covered by this warranty:

 

Damage to packaging only; and Insignificant variations in dimensions, colour, grain or finish (as between a received product and an advertised product).

 

The customer acknowledges that packaging may be affected during delivery to the customer, and that there may be minor variations in colour and finish as between each item and the corresponding images shown on the Office furniture Australia  website. No two pieces of furniture are identical!

 

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
