The problem with desktop sit stand units is that they sit on the desktop. Most desks are already too high for the typical user, and adding a keyboard platform just exacerbates the problem. While standing and typing is improved, sitting and typing is more uncomfortable than ever.

The Ergolator is the only desktop sit stand unit on the market which truly addresses this problem by incorporating a drop-down keyboard platform which places the keyboard at, or even below, the level of the desktop.

Further, the Ergolator incorporates an in-line copyholder which sits between the keyboard and monitor to prop up your source documents. This is a huge advantage in either a sitting or a standing posture. Ergonomists agree that this vertical movement, sometimes called the Yes-Yes as opposed to the side to side No-No posture, is the easiest and most efficient way to work.

To have everything in a vertical alignment allows users to arrange their computer workspace so that everything is in the same focal plane, avoiding tiring refocussing and obviating eye, neck and shoulder fatigue.

The Ergolator also comes with two convenient USB desktop ports built into the desk surface, providing power and access right where you need it.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are $50 if your order is $500 or less, any order value over $500 will be $100 in shipping.

If you request a quote for custom items or installs this shipping rate will also be quoted.

If you are ordering from outside Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Adelaide and Perth please contact us to get a shipping quote, or if you place an order we will contact you with an additional shipping invoice, if you are unwilling to pay this invoice we will refund your order.

Where can we deliver to?

We deliver all our products Australia-wide.

When will my order be shipped?

Most products are usually shipped within 24 - 48 hours of payment and will be conveniently delivered to your home or office. We will advise if the product you have ordered has a longer lead time. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please do not hesitate to contact us.

When will I receive my order?

Deliveries take place Monday - Friday during normal business hours, excluding public holidays.

Please allow up to 10 to 15 business days for all deliveries.

 How will my order be delivered?

We use carriers that are both convenient and cost-effective, including Auspost, Toll and Bluestar Logistics. We are confident that we offer the best value shipping rates in Australia.

Our couriers offer a door-to-door service, so please ensure that there will be someone available at the nominated delivery address to sign for your items and receive the delivery**.

The service our couriers provide does not include taking the items inside, upstairs or in lifts, placement or removal of packaging.  

Do I have to be home to receive my order?

If you cannot be available to accept your delivery, you may contact the courier directly to provide them with an ‘Authority to Leave’ the goods unattended, this will however void your warranty and neither 4Phase nor our courier can be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to your item once delivered.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details, and instructions for how to track your order if tracking is available. For any queries relating to tracking, please email sales@4phase.com.au

What happens if my order is lost or damaged in transit?

While we use the best carriers in Australia, on very rare occasions, products can be lost or damaged in transit.

If the carrier advises you that an order is lost in transit, please contact us at sales@4phase.com.au for assistance.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@4phase.com.au and we will assess the damage in accordance with our warranty policy.

For extra piece of mind, at a small cost, we offer Freight Protection Insurance, which provides a replacement (or refund if replacement is not available) free of charge in the event your order is lost or damaged in transit.  Freight Protection Insurance can be purchased at checkout.
